2 years in the making and my album is finally here and out in the world. I feel incredibly proud and accomplished. A few years ago, creating this album was only just a fantasy and a number on my life-list (#1 to be exact), and now I can officially cross it off my list and reap the rewards of a job well done.
I am giving myself a pat on the back and off to enjoy a glorious beach day in my favorite state and city, San Diego, California. I will bask in the sun and water with a sense of calm and relief now after the overwhelming hard work and beyond huge task has been finalized. I always hoped that I would start my own one-woman band and make an album that was all mine. It feels impossible to fathom that it is actually here. I actually did it.

The day has finally arrived and I can say to all of you that have been asking, my record comes out JULY 3RD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The record release dance party will be on Friday, June 29th in my hometown of San Diego, California at one of my favorite bars, Whistle Stop bar in the South Park neighborhood. The celebration will get started by the dynamic duo, Lion Cut. They will be doing a special DJ set to start off and end the night with classic freestyle 80′s jams. Rafter will be performing a special dance party set as well. It is gonna be an epic night and one you’ll surely not want to miss.

Today, after many months of hard work, I’ve finished tracking and mixing my first record! I am do elated. These past few months I’ve been working very hard any spare moment I had and the pay off is so worth it. I still have to get it mastered and pressed, but it won’t be long now til the record is done. Getting that champagne on ice cause I’m ready to celebrate!

Today is an awesome day! My very first single has been officially released and it feels so good! I have been on a trip for the past week in the Bay Area and Northern California regions and today being my first day back in San Diego, California and it is currently 77 degrees and clear skies. Beautiful, gorgeous weather I missed so very much and a perfect backdrop to the release of my still very sunny southern Cali freestyle anthem. Today could not be more rad than that!
